If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours ahead. We guarantee the quality of our services—if you’re not fully satisfied, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll be happy to make it right. Payments can be made via cash, card, or UPI, and all services are payable at the time of completion. For hygiene and safety, our tools and stations are sanitized after every client. We may respectfully decline service in case of contagious conditions. Children are welcome with supervision, and we request guests not receiving services to relax in our waiting area. 🕒 Trends Salon – Cancellation Policy 🕒 We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a service charge. No-shows (missed appointments without notice) may require a deposit for future bookings. Prepaid deposits or booking fees are non-refundable but can be adjusted against rescheduled services (if informed on time). We understand emergencies happen—please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. ✨ Thank you for respecting our time and helping us serve you better.

💳 Trends Salon Payment Policy 💳 All payments must be made at the time of service. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and UPI payments. Service prices are fixed and inclusive of applicable taxes. Advance booking fees or deposits (if any) are non-refundable but adjustable against services. Gift vouchers or promotional offers must be presented before billing.
